Refund policy

While we get this project started, we can unfortunately ONLY accept returns on misprinted, damaged or defective items that you may claim via email.

Please shoot us a message WITHIN 21 DAYS of receiving the misprinted, damaged or defective product to cimapuertorico@gmail.com and attach picture(s) that show the issue. We'll quickly reply with instructions in order to process the claim. 

In order to avoid size exchange requests, that we may not be able to process, please pay close attention to the measure guidelines within the description of each product.

Also, please pay close attention to the shipping address when checking out to make sure that it's right and you do receive the product as intended.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
